NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 


Eligibility: 
The “HBF Textiles x Hello Human Pillows Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to anyone who has a valid Instagram® account and follows HBF Textiles and Hello Human. Additionally, all participants must be legal U.S. residents (including U.S. territories) and at least 18 years of age at the start of the Sweepstakes Period. This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by HNI Workplace Furnishings LLC d/b/a HBF Textiles (“Sponsor”). All employees, officers, directors and agents and their immediate families or any members of their households, regardless of relationship, of Sponsor or any advertising agency or other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or to win any prizes. Sponsor’s principal place of business is located at 600 E. 2nd Street, Muscatine, IA 52761.

Sponsor is promoting this Sweepstakes on Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube but these platforms are not an official sponsor of this promotion. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, each participant releases Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes. Any Sweepstakes entries received from an ineligible participant will be disqualified.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final on all matters. By accepting the prize, the winner also agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the rules of the Sweepstakes in any way at any time, subject to state or federal law. 

Sweepstakes Period: 

The Sweepstakes begins on August 20, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. CT and ends on August 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CT (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received and recorded by the Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Sponsor has sole discretion at all times to disqualify entries into this Sweepstakes. 

 

How To Enter:
Sponsor will create 2 posts on Instagram about the Sweepstakes. To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must (1) follow  HBF Textiles and Hello Human on Instagram®, (2) fill out the form via link in bio to subscribe to the HBF newsletter, and (3) tag at least 2 people in the comments. For each follow on both accounts and form completion, participant will receive 2 entries into the drawing. If a participant reposts Sponsor’s post to the participant’s stories tagging @hbftextiles, participant will receive an additional 2 entries into the drawing.  

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by the participant or by any equipment or programming associated with this Sweepstakes. Participants must notify Sponsor of any changed contact information during the Sweepstakes Period to remain eligible. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods will void all entries submitted by such methods.


Prize: 
The winner will receive four (4) pillows from Sponsor’s Paint by Numbers by Liam Lee Collection, which includes 4 patterns and 35 colors to choose from.  Prize value is estimated at $800. Shipping and handling included. Prize options are subject to availability, production constraints, and Sponsor’s then-current product specifications. Sponsor may substitute a prize or any prize component with a prize or component of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or selected configuration is unavailable.

Prize Conditions:

The price is non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold, or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize or selected configuration becomes unavailable. The winner must respond to Sponsor and acknowledge acceptance of the prize within five (5) business days of notification. The winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and a completed IRS Form W-9 within fifteen (15) calendar days of issuance. Failure to return all required documents in this time period will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner selected. If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the selected winner is found to be ineligible or declines the prize for any reason, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the prize, winner hereby consents (except where prohibited by law) to the use by Sponsor of the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, and hometown for promotional activity directly related to this Sweepstakes for a period of one (1) year from the date of the drawing without any additional compensation beyond the prize awarded herein.

 

Selection of Winner: 

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 


The winner will be selected in a random drawing on August 28, 2026. Sponsor will notify the winner by direct message through their Instagram® account.

 

Taxes:

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state or provincial, and local taxes and any expenses associated with the prize. Where the value of a prize is $600 or more, Sponsor is required to issue a Form 1099-MISC to the winner. Sponsor will send the winners a W-9 which the winners must complete and return to Sponsor within fifteen (15) days of issuance and prior to the Sponsor delivering the prize. Failure to timely return a completed W-9 will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner may be selected. Information required in the 1099 includes winner’s name, address, and tax id. 

 

General Conditions:

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate, or suspend this Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor is not responsible for any human or technological error that may occur in the processing of the Sweepstakes nor are they responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, communications line failure, theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, delay in operation, transmission, or distribution of, or alteration of entries, whether caused by the sender, any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes, or otherwise. 

 

Privacy:

By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information (including any information provided in connection with entry) by Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes. The winner's personal information, including name, address, and tax identification number, will be collected for prize fulfillment and tax reporting purposes. Sponsor will use personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes in accordance with its privacy policy, available at https://www.hnicorp.com/privacy-policy. Sponsor will not sell or share participants' personal information with third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to the Sweepstakes.

 

Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution:

Except where prohibited, each participant and winner accepting a prize agrees that: (a) all issues and questions concerning these rules shall be governed by Iowa law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction; (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be (i) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (ii) filed only in the state courts situated in Iowa, and participant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such disputes, claims or causes of action; (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event shall include attorneys' fees, except to the extent such fees are required to be awarded under applicable law that cannot be waived; and (d) under no circumstances will any participant or winner be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. The foregoing limitations shall apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Release of Liability:

By participating, winner and participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by the winner, participants or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.

 

State-Specific Disclosures:

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Residents of states where this Sweepstakes cannot lawfully be offered are not eligible to participate.
