Moderne, the new collection of upholstery and wall fabrics pays homage to the geometric forms and sleek curves of Miami's elegant South Beach hotels. The patterns and their names derive from decorative motifs at various hotels that fired the imagination of Mary Jo Miller, Director of Design for HBF Textiles. The Beacon's gridded balustrades - The Colony's modeled stucco - The Richmond's incised curved pavement - The Park Central's grand lobby - The Victor's sculptural stripes - The Tides crisp tailored interior.

The luster and finesse of the yarns (polyester, cotton, rayon), the hand of the fabrics and their weaves further summon up the era while ensuring a well-made product that will age gracefully. Moderne is comprised of six exquisite fabrics in 59 coordinating colorways commemorating the architectural materials of the namesake hotels - Cabana, Etched Glass, Frieze, Mahogany, Neon, Palm, Stucco, Terrazzo. All fabrics in the collection pass applicable ACT Registered Certification and are priced from $29 to $49 per yard.
